    There is no consensus regarding the definition of Quality of Life (QoL) for the elderly.     If you want a good quality of life as you age, your best plan is to figure out what that means to you personally.  Using myself as a guinea pig to test out this idea, I thought I would try to create my own definition of my ideal quality of life in old age.
