    The Art of Living in the Present

     
    During the January ice storms I ended up with 17 broken pipes between my house and my rental five-plex next door.  It has been a bit intense getting everything repaired, plus taking the steps to prevent a repeat disaster next time it gets cold.  The big surprise is that we seem to be addressing things day by day while maintaining our sense of perspective.
